Terms and Conditions for SMS Communications

Thank you for choosing to receive SMS communications from Bob Robison Commercial Flooring, Inc. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting in to our SMS services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before participating in this service.

1. Opt-In Requirements

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages, you:

• Confirm that you are the authorized user of the phone number provided or have permission from the authorized user.

• Consent to receive SMS messages, including transactional and informational messages, at the number provided.

You may opt in by any of the following methods:

• Master Subcontract Agreement (MSA): By signing an MSA with Bob Robison Commercial Flooring and providing your phone number for job communications.

• Verbal consent: By verbally providing your phone number to a Company representative and agreeing to receive job coordination messages.

• Text keyword: By texting START to (870) 604-1844.

Verbal consent script used by Company representatives: "By giving us your phone number, you agree to receive text messages from Bob Robison Commercial Flooring about job schedules, material deliveries, and work assignments. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply."

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of doing business with Bob Robison Commercial Flooring.

2. Message Frequency

Message frequency will vary depending on active job schedules and the nature of our communications. Typical volume is 2–10 messages per week during active projects. You may receive:

• Job site coordination messages (scheduling, start times, crew assignments)

• Material delivery notifications

• Work assignment details and schedule changes

• Account notifications (invoices, pay applications, purchase orders)

3. Charges and Fees

Our SMS communications are free of charge; however, message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. By opting in, you accept responsibility for any charges imposed by your carrier.

4. Opt-Out Instructions

You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You may also text any of the following keywords: STOP, STOPALL, CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, or OPTOUT.

After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe by texting START.

5. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to participate in our SMS program. SMS services are available only to recipients in the United States who have compatible mobile devices and carriers.

6. User Responsibilities

By opting in, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact information.

• Use the SMS service only for lawful purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information we send via SMS.

7. Service Availability

SMS delivery is subject to transmission limitations of your mobile carrier. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages caused by carrier restrictions, equipment failures, or network outages.

8. Privacy

Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or rent your phone number to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is shared only with our messaging service provider (Twilio) solely for the purpose of delivering text messages.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or terminate our SMS services or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in our SMS program or errors, delays, or failures in message delivery.
